Mitten State Plumbing is installing the plumbing for Clawson Flats, a new three-story apartment building on North Main Street in downtown Clawson. We’re handling every stage, from underground rough-in to final fixtures, across 60 studio and one-bedroom units. Building on a former bank site in the middle of a walkable downtown meant tight staging and close coordination with the general contractor. The finished building will give residents brand-new homes a short walk from Clawson’s shops and restaurants, with plumbing designed to last.
